SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and returned in their original packaging. You have up to 3 days after receiving your online order to submit your Return Request and 7 days to return or exchange your purchase upon reciept of Return Authorisation Number. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control process before being accepted. Any product that has been customized or resized at the customer's request or shows signs of wear, damage or tampering, or is a sale item, will not be accepted for return. You may be held liable in the event of depreciation in the value of the product due to handling that does not comply with the preservation of the quality, characteristics and, where applicable, the proper functioning of the products. You will be refunded for products returned and accepted, and VL.Cepher will pay for the cost of returning the products by providing you with a return label. Our in house team will send you by email the label to print and put on your return parcel. Please note complimentary return shipping is only available for domestic delivery.

PROCESSING TIME

Your custom jewelry is made to order please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and shipment once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Custom made orders and limited edition items will take between 4-6 weeks to process.

SHIPPING METHOD
All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All merchandise shipped from vlcepher.com will be shipped for free via UPS. All orders will require a signature at the time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped for free. Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country. These fees are not calculated prior to customs clearance in that country and are in addition to the price and shipping cost you are charged when checking out. If your purchase is subject to customs duties and sales tax or VAT, your shipping provider will contact you about these fees, which must be paid before delivery of your purchase is scheduled. You will also be required to provide personal information, such as your EIN, IRN or SSN, for customs processing. Please note that shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon.
