Your custom jewelry is made to order please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipment once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Custom made orders and limited edition items will take between 4-6 weeks to process. Please contact us for exact production times. Please add the SKU number to the message

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All merchandise shipped from vlcepher.com will be shipped for free via FedEx. All orders will require a signature at the time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped for free via FedEx. Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country. These fees are not calculated prior to customs clearance in that country and are in addition to the price and shipping cost you are charged when checking out. If your purchase is subject to customs duties and sales tax or VAT, your shipping provider will contact you about these fees, which must be paid before delivery of your purchase is scheduled.
